How soon will my order ship?
Digital downloads are delivered immediately, as download links. Printed copies will typically ship in 2-4 business days.
Are there time limits or restrictions on digital downloads?
No, once purchased and downloaded, the PDF files do not expire. You will be able to view and print the files, but not edit or modify them.
Do I need any special software to open the digital file(s)?
No, our charts are sent in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), which is viewable on any computer.
I have lost the 3rd trombone part. Can I purchase a replacement copy of a single part?
Yes, in most cases we are able to provide individual replacement parts. Please contact us and let us know what part(s) you are missing.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is that we do not accept returns on printed music, or digital downloads. If you have questions or concerns, or if there are issues with your order, please contact us.
I would like to make a special request for my order, is this possible?
Yes. If you would like to include special instructions for us (for instance, "Do not bind score" or "Leave parts loose-leaf" for music library binding procedures), you can enter this information on the "Cart" page, just prior to checkout. We will try our best to accommodate special requests!
